Take a moment and think about your current and past jobs. During the workday, who did you have to interact with? Coworkers? A manager (or, shudder, managers)? Vendors or suppliers? Customers? Think about the various interactions that you had, and what made them either a highlight of your day, or something that you actively tried to avoid.
